Nate was Fantastic!!! I told him he was a wealth of knowledge! Took the time to show me how to take care of our systems. He was super personable and professional. I could tell he knew what he was doing. Hope we get Nate again in the future. He is a real asset to Doc Dancer!!

Kyle, Daniel and Dale were excellent. After putting it off forever, The hot summers finally forced us to install AC splits in our historic home. The team was sensitive to our concerns about where the boxes and lines would be placed for minimum visual impact, and very willing to help us think through options. They completed the job in less than four days and were incredibly efficient in neat. We were very pleased with the overall experience with Doc Dancer and look forward to being comfortable in our house next summer!

Excellent service. We had a whole house humidifier installed. Rick was professional and completed the job that turned out to be more difficult than originally expected. We are very pleased with the results and will recommend Doc Dancer to others.

The Team at Doc Dancer is simply amazing! I went to their website and scheduled two appointments with ease. The online scheduler is pretty easy to use and saves time versus calling them direct. The technician was very thorough – he was able to solve our heating issues and pinpoint a problem with our Goodman furnace.

Our tech was knowledgeable and on time. He did a great job and answered all our questions and completed the work quickly.We had our heater installed 30 years ago by Doc Dancer they could have tried and pressured us into buying a new unit but instead gave us options for repairs. Great local business and when I do upgrade i will diffenitly call them.

The owner came out and took a look. Instantly he told me that nothing was wrong with my boiler and that he would send a technician out the next day. Tim Devita came and checked things out and fixed everything. He was professional, kind, and updated me on every step as he worked. Even the lady that scheduled the appointment was very nice. She moved things around to get me in so I would have heat asap! I thank everyone at Doc Dancer and will highly recommend them! I give 5 stars

Doc Dancer is top notch all the way around! From exploring options, to install- exceptional professionalism and friendly service. I had a brand new HVAC Infinity system installed in one day and it was a seamless process. Highly recommend to anyone looking for high quality & friendly expertise. The best service and response time.

We have had Doc Dancer service (annually) and replace equipment over the years. Daniel is an exceptional employee and it’s obvious he sincerely works hard and values the customer. He thoroughly cleaned my outdoor a/c unit and even showed us pictures of what it looked like inside (unfortunate oak leaves). He also helped me set up my thermostat. We appreciate his attention to detail and professionalism.

Seth was great! Very professional.
He explained his experience with mini splits and specifically the Fujitsu. He pointed out the sound that concerned me was coming from the condenser motor. He gave me some tips about cleaning the unit. He also gave me a quote on replacing the condenser motor if it goes out.

Daniel was outstanding during service visit. He was extremely polite, and provided thorough information. He thanked me for being a customer and explained the value of my service agreement. I can tell from our interaction that Daniel enjoys his work and committed to customer service.

Service was quick, helpful, and professional! Prior to the technician arriving, I got a text with a photo and name of who to expect at my home. It was a nice touch that made me feel very safe opening up my home to a stranger. The technician was able to diagnose our furnace issue very quickly. We are very pleased with our service and would highly recommend to anyone looking for assistance with a heating or cooling issue.

Andy was great. He was prompt and courteous. He did my maintenance and talked me through my warranty so that I understood what coverage I had. His follow through was great, and he understood my needs. He really went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied.

I left voicemail after hours and had a return call first thing this morning. I didn’t need emergency service.
Scheduled same day service and my tech Daniel was great! Issue was fixed in minutes and discussed changes coming in the next year for AC units, so I can work on the timing of when I do want to replace my older unit. No pressure to do so now.

I had been with the same HVAC company for almost 20 years. I have spent a tremendous amount of money with them, especially recently. We decided we needed to add a mini split air conditioner to an upstairs bedroom and I called my HVAC supplier. The salesman came out quoted me an insane price And then didn’t even send me the quote while telling me they really aren’t interested in work like this…

I called Doc dancer and one of the owners came out, explained everything, got me a fast quote and did the work within one week! The craftsmanship was beyond reproach. We couldn’t be happier with this. We’re so happy that we are going to have them handle all of our HVAC work. I just wish we had used them for our new furnace and air conditioner that we purchased about eight months ago.

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Doc Dancer and my service technician, Jacob V. From the initial request to schedule an appointment, I was impressed with the company’s efficiency. To my surprise, I was able to get same-day service!
Jacob arrived on time and was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and presented me with various options to address the issue. His expertise was evident, and I felt confident in his recommendations.

My wife and I got a new furnace-A/C combo to replace the ancient, 35 year old furnace that came with the house we just bought. This was after we had our furnace and vents taken care of by them, and saw that the furnace was in worse shape than we thought. They got us in so quick, and the system that we got is a huge upgrade.
The folks who came by for the install, Kyle and Tony, did a fantastic job! They were very professional, and did a great job with all the aspects of the install. They took extra care to explain everything they changed and to ensure that we would pass inspection.

As a whole, I’m very impressed with Doc Dancer! Great company, great service. I’m looking forward to using them in the future.

Scheduling and all that surrounds our first experience with Doc Dancer was excellent. After completing our AC Tune-Up, Daniel carefully explained all we can do to get the best performance out of our furnace and air conditioning. He was knowledgeable, fair and friendly.

Doc Dancer replaced my A/C and furnace as they were nearly 20 years old with a new Bryant system. Cost seemed right on as I compared to a family members recent installation through another company, and they showed up right on time and were all really nice and knowledgeable. And they even sent cookies afterwards, thanks for everything Kyle, Tony, and Jacob!

Consistent with all the other reviews … Doc Dancer impresses with legit installation and seems. Dale assessed our aging system and designed several options. He bent over backwards to answer all my questions and provide good honest direction. Installation was professional. Really impressed with the results and the cleanliness of the work areas (inside and outside). Our home is significantly more comfortable. Great experience. Would recommend highly. Integrity and honesty are world class.

The entire process from quoting, negotiating, sale, and service was excellent with these guys. Nate and Steve were up front, honest, and I didn’t feel like I was getting a sales pitch the whole time. The install and service crew were quick, respectful, and did high quality work. I would highly recommend Doc Dancer and I will continue to use them for all service work going forward.

Daniel arrived on time, introduced himself and was very efficient in his service. He explained how the heat pump works in terms I understood. What a nice, wonderful young man. Very professional and very personable. I highly recommend Daniel. Hope to see him in the Spring for the air conditioner service.

Jason Forschner was incredibly helpful and was able to assist me over the phone to get my furnace going. The other company have left their jumper connection on my unit and kept interfering with the thermostat function. I called them several time and no return calls and then they wanted to charge me to have someone come look at it again for something they had done. I explained to Jason what the issue was and he clearly knew what was wrong and walked me through it. Less the 10 minutes my furnace was working properly. Thank you to Doc Dancer. Korte should take notes on customer service from Doc Dance and the professionalism of Jason Forschner!

Doc Dancer installed my heating and air conditioning in October of 2022. They provided excellent service and a fantastic price. Due to the purchase, a year of service was included and they were persistent on servicing my equipment before my plan expired. Nate did my tune up and he was on time, kind, and quick! I am very happy about my service through Doc Dancer. Highly recommend!

Best service imaginable. I was able to receive same day service when I expected to have to wait days or weeks. We received great updates on arrival, issues, and progress, and costs. Chris, the technician went above and beyond to troubleshoot and explain the issues and repairs so that even I could understand.

Humidifier had mfg. defect – resulted in water leak – problem being addressed. Service is always prompt and techs are knowledgeable.

Defective part replaced on humidifier and water situation that spread from furnace room to carpeted area seems to be resolved. A/C started up on same service call. Always responsive to concerns.
